We make every effort to ship your orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
Return Policy:
A 15 day return policy from receipt of merchandise. A RETURN
AUTHORIZATION (please email us) is required. Items cannot be shipped back
without this. A check will be issued for full amount (100 %) only after
merchandise is returned. After receipt, it will be inspected by our Returns
dept. If merchandise shows significant wear and tear, a restocking fee of 50%
will be charged = only a 50% refund of your money. [we do not sell damaged or
used merchandise as new.]
Merchandise Damaged During Shipping:
Rarely, a small percentage of merchandise can be damaged from shipping.
You have 15 days from receipt of delivery to notify us. If an item is damaged
in shipping, contact us via e-mail or USPS (with a USPS dated stamp). We will
send out a replacement, only after we receive the merchandise (at no
additional charge). Merchandise cannot be returned without a RETURN
AUTHORIZATION.
If the item that you ordered and was damaged in shipping is out of stock
or discontinued we will do the following: (A) If a new shipment is due within
a week, we can give you that date...and then ship the same item to you as
replacement. (B) If it is out of stock for a longer period of time...or
discontinued, you can choose a different item of equal (same $ value) to
replace that item. (C) Or you can receive a complete refund. A check will be
issued, and then mailed to you.
